Welcome to Bliq.com! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

1. User Account & Eligibility

To use our services, you must create a user account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated.

2. Prohibited Conduct & Fraud Policy

To maintain a fair and secure environment, the following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate and permanent account termination:

• Multiple Accounts: You are strictly prohibited from creating or operating more than one account. Any attempt to create a second account, regardless of the method, will result in the immediate and permanent banning of all associated accounts.
• Bots and Automated Tools: The use of bots, automated scripts, or any other unauthorized software to complete tasks, clicks, or surveys is strictly forbidden. We actively monitor for this behavior.
• Fraudulent Activity: Any deceptive or dishonest actions intended to manipulate our platform or earn rewards illegitimately, including but not limited to providing false information, misrepresenting data, or attempting to bypass security measures.
• Device Circumvention: If we detect that you are using tools or methods to bypass our security measures, we reserve the right to ban your device from accessing our services for a period of up to three (3) months.

3. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, at our sole discretion. Violations of our Prohibited Conduct policy will result in immediate termination. Upon termination, your account and any associated rewards will be permanently deleted, and you will not be able to use that same email address or phone number to create a new account for two (2) months. We do not retain user records for terminated accounts.

4. Rewards & Withdrawals

Rewards earned on our platform are non-transferable and have no cash value until they are withdrawn. To process a withdrawal, you are required to provide a valid wallet address. We are not responsible for funds sent to an incorrect wallet address provided by you.

5. Intellectual Property

All content and materials on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of Bliq.com or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without our express written permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available," without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bliq.com will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
